    Bohém Cuvée

A Bohém Cuvée Pincészetünk birtokboraként is értelmezhető. A reduktívan elkészített Olaszrizling alapú házasítást egy kevés Sauvignon Blanc és Szürkebarát teszi teljessé. Egy igazi klasszikus, a forró nyári esték elengedhetetlen tartozéka. Könnyed, friss és bohém, mint mindig.

    750 ml  12,5 % Alc.

    Origo
“The beginning of the palate is spring, the finish is autumn. The citrusy, fruity, liveliness of the nose becomes more serious on the more mineral palate. The beginning of the palate is light and transparent, while the finish is full and long. Only one of its components, the Olaszrizling, spent time in barrels, while the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris didn’t. It’s a harmonious love triangle.
What would we eat with it? -Pork medallions with rosemary, fresh mint leaves and couscous.
    Points: 10/8
    Is it good value? Absolutely”

“Olaszrizling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, mainly aged in tanks with citrus fruit and grapefruit notes. Only part of the Olaszrizling was put into oak, which is slightly tangible besides the subtle stoniness of Szent György Hill. Vivacious, while also full, rich, mineral and vibrant. Exilarating, lively and long. It’s perfect for summer evenings to autumn dinners. ”

    Sauvignon Blanc

A beautifully composed Sauvignon Blanc from a cooler vineyard. Exciting acidity and tropical fruit.
Another example that shows how well this variety feels at home in our soils. The cooler climate that characterises the northern slopes of Szent György Hill perfectly preserves the key aroma components and the good acidity. In 2014, we had to make slightly less of it, but what remained became excellent.

    750 ml  12,7 % Alk.

“35-year-old vines from the Mogyorós vineyard and an organic approach to cultivation. Whole bunch pressing, 14 hours of must settling. The must that had been settled to mirror-like clarity underwent controlled fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, and was finished off in the tank. A medium-bodied Sauvignon with tropical fruit, plus rich and complex acidity. ”

“Lemon colour, intense aromas with citrus, white-fleshed fruits and green herbs. A neutral style that oozes freshness, which moves lightly and briskly in the glass. The palate is of medium length, revealing green notes in the middle, and finishes with some grapefruit and almond bitterness on the finish. The clean, pronounced acidity (6.8g/l) makes it lively and full of life. It’s the discreet and not the very expressive type. For its emphasis on acidity and restrained character, we also recommend it with food. ”

    Mogyorós Sauvignon Blanc 2014

Single vineyard-selected Sauvignon Blanc from an exciting vintage. Zesty, long palate with elegant creaminess.

The 2014 Sauvignon Blanc single vineyard selection is a wine with excellent ageing potential. The more than a year of ageing in oak and the 2 g/l of residual sugar nicely rounds out the steely acidity. An extraordinarily dynamic and long palate that is nicely spiced up by the oak.

    750 ml  12,5 % Alk.

“Elegant, rich, minty Sauvignon from the north-facing and cooler Mogyorós vineyard. Its character is like that of the 2013 but with sharper acidity. The blend of two medium-toasted, second-fill Kádár barrels. Fresh and full, made from selected grapes, from 35-year-old vines, with a touch of residual sugar (3g/l).”
