THE JOB
We are looking for a viticulturist/winemaker (including interns) for our family-owned organic winery, Gilvesy Estate, located on Szent György Hill, to carry out vineyard and cellar tasks with skill and care.

TASKS
• Carrying out seasonal vineyard work as needed (up to 4 seasons)
• Ensuring a high level of hygiene in the cellar
• Grape processing, harvest-time cellar work and follow-up
• Racking new wines into barrels, sulphuring, blending
• Fining, filtering, and bottling finished wines
• Analytical control of the wines

YOU ARE
• Reliable, thorough, takes pride in quality work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit, adaptable, and able to handle workload
• Self-sufficient with strong problem-solving skills
• Interested in the world of wine, enjoys tasting and learning
• Holds a category B driving license

AN ADVANTAGE
• Degree in winemaking or a related field
• Experience in a winery, including international internships or placements
• Language skills
