Mount St. George—Salt Of The Earth

"Salt of the Earth" embodies authenticity, truth, and vulnerability. These are the qualities that guide our commitment to preserving the unique character of our land. We embrace the challenge of staying faithful to the essence ofMount Saint George, our ancient volcanic mountain. In return, it gifts us with wines of savory vibrance, freshness, and complex minerality. All of which arise naturally from its rich soil and flourishing vines. We nurture these qualities through organic farming and low-intervention winemaking, just as farmers have done here for centuries.
