Vibrant acidity, with a long-lasting, smoky-salty finish—this is our Riesling 2023. Harmony, terroir, volcanic soil, and organically grown, healthy grapes.
Our Riesling from 2023 is the perfect example of what harmony, terroir, volcanic soil, and organically grown, healthy grapes can create together. Vinification happened in Inox (stainless steel) tanks, followed by an 8-month maturation in the same vessels on fine lees. A bouquet of fresh cut grass, crispy green apple, and wildflowers followed by a minty, cool herbal touch, Meyer lemon, lime, and a big pinch of white pepper on the palate. Vibrant acidity with a long-lasting, smoky-salty finish. Spicy Thai curry with jasmine rice is the winning dish for this wine; in our opinion, the salt and the acidity of the Riesling go splendidly with any dish that has a little bit of heat and charisma.
