We bottled all the joy we have here on the hill to bring you a natural Bohém 2024. Organic Riesling and Olaszrizling meet after hand harvest and a gentle press. Powerful, opulent, flinty energy accompanied by roasted nectarines with a glorious, slightly bubbly finish.

VINIFICATION Hand-picked grapes were full bunch pressed with a pneumatic press and fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. After fermentation, we left the wine with its lees for 6 months. Bottled with no filtering, fining or disgorgement.
