Our George 2024 is a cuvee of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Welschriesling.

Our George wines are created to pay homage to our mountain, and the hard work that goes into creating something beautiful - salt of the earth! A cuvee of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Welschriesling - hand picked, spontaneously fermented in fermentation eggs and matured in stainless steel tanks, FlexCube, and used Hungarian oak.

Pure, savoury stone fruit, and roasted macadamia meets a mineral-rich texture, and a silky, resinous finish on the palate. 

Vinification

-Hand picked, full bunch pressed, pneumatic press
-Wild yeast fermentation in 600L fermentation eggs
-Lees contact in stainless steel tank 90%, HU Oak barrel 10%, 6 months
-Coarse filter before bottling
