Our George wines are created to pay homage to our mountain and the hard work that goes into creating something beautiful: the salt of the earth! 

VINIFICATION
A cuvée of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Olaszrizling. Grapes were hand-picked, spontaneously fermented in fermentation eggs, and matured in stainless steel tanks, FlexCube (90%), and used Hungarian oak (10%) with lees for 6 months. Coarse filter before bottling. OEM Badacsony certified. 

TASTING NOTES
Pure, savoury stone fruit and roasted macadamia meet a mineral-rich texture and a silky, resinous finish on the palate.
