VINIFICATION Organically farmed Furmint, hand-picked and gently pressed, matured in stainless steel tanks and Flex Cubes, and kept on fine lees for 6 months.
TASTING NOTES A multidimensional, yet unpretentious wine, with ripe melon, peach, and apricot and a slight floral end on the nose. On the palate—a surprising, zingy Persian lime “cocktail” mixed with an almost sake-like, toasted rice finish.
