VINIFICATION
Hand-picked grapes from the organically farmed Váradi vineyard. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes were spontaneous fermented in Hungarian oak barrels. Aging: 6 months in 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels (so-called kádár hordó).
TASTING NOTES
Light and bright, with a beautiful honey hue. Full of texture and the scent of the grapes, on the nose it carries fresh lychee, pineapple, and saline notes. The palate is slightly salty, doughy, almost pretzel-like with hints of lemon curd.
