The playful of the Pixu bunch - a dry, organic Welschriesling from the Váradi vineyard.  Spontaneously fermented in egg-shaped fermenters and kept in inox on fine lees for 6 months. Playful yet elegant, with honeysuckle and green apple notes on the nose and a smoky bitter almond finish on the palate. The perfect summer companion for apero bites, like lightly aged cheeses, nuts, or smoked ham.
