B-üzem is our wine bar and shop, where you can buy and taste the volcanic terroir captured in Gilvesy wines. We are located near the north shore of Lake Balaton in Nemesgulácsi. Here, you can always relax and enjoy our organic wines in good company. If you find yourself a bit peckish, you’ll find a few great seasonal bites on the menu. If the bar is closed or you want to stock up on our wines, you can always pop by just to buy some wine. We aim to curate a vibrant environment and regularly host wine-adjacent events, whether it’s live music, a makers’ market, a culinary gathering, or a party.

B is for barátok (friends). B is for bor (wine). B is for Balaton, our cherished lake. And B is for beton (concrete), the material once produced on this former rural industrial property. The old concrete factory at the beton-üzem (concrete plant) has been transformed into a relaxed, yet hip, oasis of good food, music, and art. It's our place to share the fine organic and terroir-driven wines we craft and, sometimes, the wines of friends we've come to love.

This is a place where you intend to come by for a quick coffee, but the atmosphere draws you in, so you linger in the garden. A few familiar faces stop by, and before you know it, it’s time for a glass of wine—and then dinner. The music is just right, and the evening unfolds effortlessly until you find yourself catching the last train home.
