2. Products & Prices
We sell wines and grape-based products. All prices are gross (VAT-inclusive) and displayed in HUF. Prices are locked at the time of order and may not be changed retroactively.
3. Placing an Order
Registration is not required but is recommended for repeat customers. To order:
- Add items to your cart and go to check out.
- Provide accurate billing and shipping details.
- You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
- The contract is concluded upon our written confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Accepted payment methods:
- Online bank transfer
- Credit/debit card online
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery (COD)
Dispatch occurs once payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped via DPD courier on business days between 08:00 and 16:00.
- Shipping fee: 2,550 HUF (VAT included)
- Free shipping on orders over 9,500 HUF
- Delivery within Hungary and EU only — contact us for international inquiries
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Inspect the package in the courier's presence before signing.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receipt by notifying us at info@gilvesy.hu. The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
- Custom-labelled, engraved, or personalised bottles made to your specification
- Orders already delivered in full and correctly
- Products damaged after delivery
