Our George 2024 is a cuvée of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Welschriesling. Deep whiffs of late summer peach, marzipan, and buttery brioche are followed by a mineral-rich texture and a silky, resinous finish on the palate.
Vinification
-Hand-picked, full bunch pressed, pneumatic press -Wild yeast fermentation in 600L fermentation eggs -Lees contact in stainless steel tank 90%, HU Oak barrel 10%, 6 months -Coarse filter before bottling
