VINIFICATION Brut Nature Furmint bubbles are made with the méthode traditionnelle. Organically farmed, spontaneously fermented in inox, and 10 percent was matured for 6 months in old Hungarian oak barrels. Bottle aged for at least 30 months with zero dosage.
TASTING NOTES Refreshing bubbles, with striking acidity and salty undertones. Sweet brioche (think “bakery before opening” whiff, golden apple, and butter on the nose). The elegant finish on the palate is accompanied by grapefruit, white peach, and ripe pear notes.
PAIRING The best bubbles require simple pairings to create the most profound experience. Serve with smoked wild fish (trout is our fave!), fresh gem lettuce salad with vinaigrette, and good bread & butter… it makes any day sparkle!
