Our superb Sauvignon Blanc from 2022, part of the PIXU line, this wine is made with minimal intervention, it is unfiltered, unfined and without the addition on sulfur. 

TASTING NOTES
Bright wine with distinct aromas of gooseberry, fresh-cut grass, and a zesty combo of lemon and lime peel. There's a touch of green herbs in there too, giving it a crisp, fresh vibe. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and textured, with layers of toast, a hint of saltiness, and a mineral edge that adds some serious depth. The finish is long and balanced, with vibrant acidity cutting through the creamy leesy richness, ending on a tangy, almost phenolic bite that lingers. It’s a wine that’s both refreshing and complex.
