Bohém & Estate Wines

Bohém is a cuvée of estate and selected fruit from partner vineyards from the north
Balaton region. Bohém meets and greets you with charm and ease, yet with the distinct
character of the fine fruits of the northern Balaton vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel
 vessels, you will always find freshness and fruit with a kiss of mineralness.

Our single-varietal estate wines are the result of several harvests from varying vineyards
blocks, each fermentation then carrying the nuanced character difference, but when
brought together in one cuvée, we get more than the sum of their parts. Stainless steel
wild ferments maintain the freshness and natural essential character of the varietal.
