The World of PIXU, Enter Bohém Nat-ty

PIXU is a nickname coined for Robert during the 2019 vintage. It was a transitional
vintage as Robert challenged legacy practice in the cellar, moving to even lower
intervention during the winemaking, leading to a new and exciting expression of our
estate-only organic fruit. This experimental direction continues to inform all of our
winemaking ever since. These wines often display an openness and breadth that make
friends easily with those that take joy in new expressions. 

Bohém Nat-ty continues in the spirit of our original Bohém cuvée, but Bohém Nat-ty is a
certified organic cuvée taking its direction from PIXU’s ultra-low intervention playbook.
