5+1: Bohém Cuvée 2023

This selection contains six (6) bottles of Bohém Cuvée 2023 for the price of five (5).

Bohém is a white cuvée marries all of our favourite grapes (Olaszrizling, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc, and a splash of Pinot Gris too) and brings all our favourite vibes to life. Sage, and thyme on the nose, mineral precision with black pepper, and moroccan lemon on the palate.

The legendary Bohém***! A wine so nice, that we actually named… a festival after it! This white cuvee marries all of our favourite grapes (Olaszrizling, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, and in 2023 a splash of Pinot Gris too) and it truly represents the spirit of Mount St. George (dragon, fire, volcano, the whole nine yards…).. Sage, thyme (but really an entire herb garden…) on the nose, mineral precision, black pepper, moroccan lemon and  smoked coppa ham on the palate. Share it with your more conservative friends and throw in a baked camembert or brie as an extra - it will help them loosen up a little for sure!

Vinification

-Full bunch and destemmed, pneumatic press
-Wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks
-Lees contact in stainless steel tank, 6 months
-Coarse filter before bottling
