George 2022 | Organic

Our George 2022 is a cuvée of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Welschriesling. 

Have you heard the legend of St. George and the dragon? We think that George wasn’t only the ultimate hero but also the original “down-to-earth” guy. Our George wines are created to pay homage to our mountain and the hard work that goes into creating something beautiful—salt of the earth! A cuvée of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Welschriesling—hand-picked, spontaneously fermented in fermentation eggs, and matured in stainless steel tanks, FlexCube, and used Hungarian oak.

Vinification

-Hand-picked, full bunch pressed, pneumatic press
-Wild yeast fermentation in 600L fermentation eggs
-Lees contact in stainless steel tank 90%, HU Oak barrel 10%, 6 months
-Coarse filter before bottling
