Our George 2022 is a cuvee of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Welschriesling. 

Have you heard the legend of St. George and the dragon? We think that George wasn’t only the ultimate hero, but the original “down-to-earth” guy. Our George wines are created to pay homage to our mountain, and the hard work that goes into creating something beautiful - salt of the earth! A cuvee of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Welschriesling - hand picked, spontaneously fermented in fermentation eggs and matured in stainless steel tanks, FlexCube, and used Hungarian oak.

Vinification

-Hand picked, full bunch pressed, pneumatic press
-Wild yeast fermentation in 600L fermentation eggs
-Lees contact in stainless steel tank 90%, HU Oak barrel 10%, 6 months
-Coarse filter before bottling
