Everyone's Hero: George 2023 | Organic

This selection contains six bottles of George 2023*.

Our George 2023 is a cuvee of organic Furmint, Riesling, and Welschriesling. Deep whiffs of late summer peach, marzipan, and buttery brioche followed by a mineral-rich texture and a silky, resinous finish on the palate.

Vinification

-Hand picked, full bunch pressed, pneumatic press
-Wild yeast fermentation in 600L fermentation eggs
-Lees contact in stainless steel tank 90%, HU Oak barrel 10%, 6 months
-Coarse filter before bottling
