Superb Pixu Lineup | Organic

The organic Superb Pixu Lineup contains PIXU Saba 2022, PIXU Olaszrizling 2023, PIXU Furmint 2023, and PIXU Nouveau 2024.

SABA comes in a bright, green-lemon color, with aromas that jump out—gooseberry, fresh-cut grass, and a zesty combo of lemon and lime peel. There's a touch of green herbs in there too, giving it a crisp, fresh vibe. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and textured, with layers of toast, a hint of saltiness, and a mineral edge that adds some serious depth. The finish is long and balanced, with vibrant acidity cutting through the creamy leesy richness, ending on a tangy, almost phenolic bite that lingers. It’s a wine that’s both refreshing and complex. 

PIXU Nouveau is the first wine we have ever released in the same year as the vintage of production, and therefore, in the spirit of new juicy releases, we named this Kadarka "Nouveau." This wine is a blend of Kadarka 85% and Furmint 15%, resulting in a sour cherry/cranberry crunch. Like rubies in the glass, lightly chilled, it is a sure terrace thirst quencher.
